iso77 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the iso77 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person and a resident of Indonesia, or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are at least 21 years of age. The iso77 platform is strictly for adults. Proof of age may be requested at any time during the KYC process, and iso77 reserves the right to void any winnings and suspend any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of iso77 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the iso77 platform or had an Account suspended or permanently closed by the Company for breach of these Terms.
• Participation in online gambling using the iso77 platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and are capable of forming a legally binding agreement.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the iso77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Wallet balances and Bonus Funds therein.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid and active email address, and a mobile telephone number that you own and control. You must keep this information up to date and notify iso77 promptly of any changes by contacting the support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. iso77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify iso77 immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

iso77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks (KYC) at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time the Company deems it appropriate. Documents commonly requested during KYC include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, a recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your registered address, and a photograph or selfie for biometric comparison. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

All transactions on the iso77 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). iso77 does not impose platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service.

Deposits. iso77 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by iso77's payment systems, which under normal operating conditions occurs within minutes of a successful bank transfer or e-wallet transaction. Deposits made using a payment method not registered in your name may be refused and returned.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure. iso77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes during peak operational hours (approximately 08:00 to 23:00 WIB). Processing times may be longer outside these hours or during periods of high demand. Withdrawals submitted while a KYC verification is pending will be held until verification is completed.

Transaction Limits. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary based on your Account tier, verification status, and chosen payment method. iso77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to any transaction that it considers to be of unusual size or frequency.

iso77 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed account registration, passed any applicable KYC requirements, and made a qualifying deposit where stipulated.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. iso77 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim a bonus if it determines that multiple accounts have been used to circumvent this restriction.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms and conditions, which are displayed in full on the promotions page prior to opt-in.
• Wagering contributions vary by game category. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 25%; certain games (such as togel draw markets) may contribute 0% unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• iso77 does not impose expiry dates on Bonus Funds that are not communicated to the Player at the time the bonus is credited. Where an expiry applies, it will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• iso77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, and to reclaim Bonus Funds from a Player's Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been obtained or used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in connection with a Prohibited Activity.

All bets and wagers placed on the iso77 platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that the details of a bet — including the selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming placement. iso77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the following circumstances: (a) a void event as defined under the applicable sport's governing rules; (b) a technical error attributable to the iso77 platform that materially affected the odds or market availability at the time of placement.

Sportsbook. Sports betting markets on iso77 cover BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton, MotoGP at the Mandalika circuit, and competitive e-sports including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile. Full bandar bola (bookmaker-style ball markets) and mix parlay (accumulator) betting are supported. Maximum payout limits per market and per accumulator are displayed within the sportsbook interface. Bets that exceed these limits will be accepted only up to the maximum payout; the excess stake will be returned to your Wallet.

Live Casino. All live casino games are supplied by third-party certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and SA Gaming. These providers operate under their own independent gaming licences. In the event of a game disconnection during a live table session, the outcome recorded by the provider's system will be considered final and binding.

Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the associated Account, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action: collusion between Players; use of software robots, artificial intelligence tools, or automated betting systems; exploitation of identified software errors or bugs; money laundering or use of the platform to process proceeds of crime; and any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting across multiple accounts.

The Company maintains a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered Players at no cost and with immediate effect. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. All content published on the iso77 platform — including but not limited to the iso77 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, written content, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the iso77 platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of iso77. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform's interface in the ordinary course of play does not constitute a breach of this clause.

iso77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. iso77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

iso77 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification service providers, and fraud prevention agencies as necessary to operate the platform and fulfil the Company's legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iso77 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical interruption, or loss resulting from reliance on information published on the platform.

iso77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of cleared funds deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

iso77 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruption. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service following any outage or technical failure, but accepts no liability for losses arising during any period of unavailability.

Closure by the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the iso77 support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, iso77 will process a withdrawal of your remaining real-money Wallet balance to your registered payment method within five (5) business days. Any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met prior to the request.

Suspension or Closure by iso77. iso77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if: (a) the Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Company is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory or law-enforcement authority; (c) the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour; or (d) the Account has been dormant for a continuous period of twelve (12) months with a zero balance. In the event of suspension or closure attributable to a breach of these Terms, iso77 may withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iso77 holds its operating licence. Players who access the platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling occupies a complex legal position in Indonesian law and accept sole responsibility for determining and complying with their own applicable local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through iso77's internal complaints procedure (see Clause 14) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits the Company's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

iso77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, iso77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform. The updated Terms will state a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the iso77 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to initiate Account closure.

iso77 aims to acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex disputes involving financial transactions may require additional time to investigate fully; in such cases, iso77 will keep the Player informed of progress at regular intervals.
